L'azienda agricola Sassi Bianchi dispone di 40 ettari di terreno ed è situata
nello splendido paesaggio delle colline del Chianti. Si trova in un complesso boschivo,
rifugio di molti animali selvaggi. Con un pò di fortuna ci si può imbattere in lepri,
fagiani, cinghiali, caprioli, tassi, folaghe, germani, aironi, che vanno ad abbeverarsi
nel laghetto aziendale. Si trova al centro di un triangolo i cui vertici sono Volterra,
San Gimignano e Colle Val d'Elsa.
L'ospitalità è offerta in 4 case coloniche del '500 completamente restaurate ed indipendenti,
arredate con gusto dai proprietari con bei mobili antichi, dispongono di tutte le comodità
e riscaldamento e cucine attrezzate, le camere da letto sono tutte con bagno privato.
A disposizione degli ospiti, oltre al giardino attrezzato, nel quale è piacevole rilassarsi,
c'è una piscina, un campo da tennis e un bocciodromo. Gli ospiti potranno concedersi
rilassanti passeggiate per i sentieri che seguono i boschi o fare jogging nella
quiete della campagna.
La vicinanza di famosi centri d'arte quali Florence Siena Pisa offre una valida alternativa.
Il centro di golf di Castelfalfi è a 10 Km. Agli ospiti i proprietari (lei è un dottore in
medicina, lui un professore di scienze biologiche) offrono mappe e guide ma anche utili
consigli per scoprire tesori di arte e natura.
Non è previsto un servizio di ristorazione ma nelle vicinanze si trovano ottimi ristoranti
tipici. A richiesta è possibile avere una insegnante di lingua, di ricamo, cuoca e cameriera.
E' l'ideale per gruppi familiari o culturali, disponendo di 15 posti letto.

The agricultural establishment Sassi Bianchi has 40 hectares of land at its disposal
and is situated in the splendid landscape of the Chianti hills. The property lies in a woody
complex, a refuge for numerous wild animals. With some luck, one can encounter hares, pheasants,
wild-boars, roe-bucks, badgers, bald-coots, or wild ducks, that go to water in the lake of the
establishment. It is in the centre of an ideal triangle, where the vertexes are Volterra,
San Gimignano and Colle Val d'Elsa.
Guests are welcomed in 4 farm houses of the 16th century, completely restored and
independent, furnished with taste by the owners, with beautiful antique forniture. They provide
heating and all other modern conveniences, with equipped kitchens and private bathrooms for all
bedrooms.
Besides the garden where it will be pleasant to relax, at the guests' disposal are a swimming pool,
a tennis court and a bowling green. The guests may enjoy relaxing walks, through the paths
that mark the woods or go jogging in the quiet of the countryside.
The closeness of famous art centres like Florence Siena Pisa offer a valid alternative. The golf
centre of Castelfalfi is just 10km away. The owners (she is a doctor in medicine, he is a
teacher of biological science) are able to provide maps and guides but also useful
suggestions to discover art and nature treasures.
Restaurant service is not provided but delicious typical trattorias are situated in the
vicinity. On request, it is possible to have a language teacher, an embroidery teacher, a cook
and a maid.
It's ideal for familiar or cultural groups, as the whole complex can host up to 15 people.
