Lilium This ancient structure
constitutes the original nucleus of the estate. It develops on
two floors and has several entrances. Main entrance is at ground
floor through a covered portico into a hall. To the right of the
hall is a landing with door to a WC. To the left of the hall,
down 2 steps is another landing with door on the left to the
spacious kitchen that is fully equipped with electric range,
electric oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. The kitchen
also has an open hearth fireplace that is ideal for grilling
meat. A door in the kitchen opens into a veranda that is used as
utilities and storage room. In the veranda is a door to a
spacious furnished terrace that is ideal for enjoying one's
meals while gazing at the panorama. Large oak trees keep the
terrace shaded even in the hottest summer day.
Back in the entrance hall, a flight of stairs leads to the first
floor sleeping area of the house. At the top of the stairs is a
landing. A door in the landing opens down 2 steps into the
beautiful master bedroom with double bed, fireplace, panoramic
windows, door to a small balcony, and ensuite complete bathroom
with shower stall. To the left of the landing, down 1 step is a
hall with 2 doors. One opens down 1 step into a twin bedded room
(the beds can be connected on request) with ensuite complete
bathroom with shower stall. The second door opens into a double
bedroom with ensuite complete bathroom with shower stall. This
house is furnished with a combination of modern and antique
Tuscan pieces and is very comfortable. Woodbeamed ceilings and
cotto floors maintain the typical Tuscan architecture intact.
